I have removed everything but now I'm stuck with 2 instance of SQL Server Reporting Services.
When I click on SQL Server 2005 in Add Remove Programs I get an error...

The error occurs when SQL Server Database Services uninstall is in progress.
It appears to crash when setting intenal properties.

I just uninstalled SQL Server 2008 and 2005 from a machine.
I used add/remove programs.
There is a form in which you check the options that you want to uninstall.

Looks like you got your answer to the Data Type Issue.
You basically take you Access queries and convert to a SP. I don't know how good of a job id...

All you need to do is load the Product Table before the Company Table since the Product Table is a Child to the Company Table (FK Relationship).
