    I suggest you do not have your backup in a separate group. Add the Z drive to your sql group so that when SQL server fails over...

    Just go to the Cluster Administrator and do "Move Group".

    you can also use cluster.exe to do this as well

    Yes that is about what i have seen also. Oracle DBAs though make more than double of what SQL Server DBAs do, that is another area of huge difference....

    Supposed to be a Terabyte database. Testing now. I load 100Mb, 150Mb, 300Mb of data and

    it gets replicated successfully. The db is now 4GB. But the log...
