    From a client you connect to a named instance by instance name and not by port.

    On the cluster, on both nodes, you close UDP...

    This applicable to SQL Server 2008 and above. It's not available in 2005 I believe.

    This DMV is only in SQL Server 2008 and above, but limited NUMA use...
