    T-SQL

    Backup/Recovery

    High Availability/Disaster Recovery (Business Continuity?)

    SSIS

    SSBS

    SSRS

    SSAS

    With that as a start, how do we start breaking this down?

    Agreed - we need more than four people to help with this. Four people working part-time on this project would take far too long to make real progress.
