You would need it on both columns not just a single column.

It is a knee jerk reaction and should be combatted with some examples of how SSIS is not crap.

Take some of the crap packages and rewrite them so they functional...

We have a situation.

Have you verified with your networking team that smtp communications are open between your database server in the DMZ and your exchange server?
