A "SELECT DISTINCT" won't do it. The INT column is unique is the original data and the same colors showing up...

That would be a select distinct.

Any luck on the sample data?

You can enable a server side trigger that logs every login.

You can log both successful and unsuccessful login attempts (security tab of server properties)
