They haven't been nominated for the Board of Directors, they've been chosen to serve on the nomination committee, the committee that evaluates the nominations for the Board.

If it is causing problems, I would reinstall the tools.Otherwise, your database upgrade succeeded.
Err, the database engine is still 2008 and the tools are 2008 R2.

Looks like you have spaces padded in your columns. That is why the rtrim/ltrim is working.
