I didn't use a book but used the list of objectives provided by Microsoft. My opinion, that material was enough to prep.

Use a variable for the ConnString that you use to overwrite the Expression.
Then set the variable to the appropriate environment at design time.
When you setup the job, you can specify...

Those exams may be nice simulation practice, but they don't really teach the topics.
Nothing beats breaking down the exam criteria, studying the points, and practicing those areas.
