SELECT INTO is used when the table does NOT exist. SELECT INTO creates the table based on what the SELECT returns.

These are subselects:
(SELECT UID FROM dbo.GetSpecifiedSlumpInfo(P.RegionID, TD.SpecifiedSlump)) AS UID1,
(SELECT UID FROM dbo.GetSpecifiedSlumpInfo(P.RegionID, TD.SpecifiedSecondSlump)) AS UID2
and as subselects, the alias' don't exist. Spell out the tablenames in subselects.

Whoops...it looks like first you have to set up that group in Active Directory, then you need to add the group to you SQL Server logins (Security>Logins).
