In Excel turns, referencing horizontally is easy, vertically requires a little bit more work.
First you need a column or columns to unique ly order the rows. In your case...

Yes, but any View solution can be converted to a pre-aggregated solution just by doing: SELECT * INTO PreAggTable FROM MyViewSolution
