    Thanks for the help! Indeed if I backup the filegroups seperately it is quite obvious where the issue is:

    Processed 248040 pages

    It's a physical machine and the backup is done to the local disk.
    There are 2 harddisks in the computer, it doesn't seem to matter to which one i backup....
