i am aware of the sensitivity of linux to cases and have taken great care with regards to that. the folder/file names are consistent and match accurately.

have you tried using an FTP task, there is an option of receiving files (amongst others) in the operation property, if categorized, it's under Misc.

i have resolved the problem, it was a precedence issue. because MaxConcurrentExecutables was set to -1, it can only execute 2 tasks concurrently successfully and i had seven. there are...
