The following URL http://myserver/olap/msmdpump.dll  reponds with an http500 error instead of sending a SOAP message like the one described...

Indeed , I had already saw this link and followed the steps to set up the olap web service,  using msmdpump.dll.

I think it is part of the solution, but...
