not exactly correct question and the answer.
sysadmin, db_owner and db_backupoperator will have the rights, so the only answer between the 4 is correct, because 'there is a way to check'....

-c -m works. used on routine bases during DR. production servers have 8gb+ memory, DR all 4GB.

there is a way to shrink the log without truncating (busting LSN's). Easy enough, but can be done manually.
