Hi All,
Today, finally I was able to fix this problem with 'Errolog location not found'.
Thanks to all for ther post that helped me eliminate other possibilies.

Can you view the logs logged onto the SQL server itself as an Administrator or Sysadmin?

I checked error log path assigned to sql and also in registry. They all looks fine. I can open the error log file from windows explorer....

I have an AD user with READ on Master and VIEW SERVER STATE permission. When I select from sys.server_audit_files using that user, no records being returned. It works...

Indexes are attached with Tables and as a result Indexes are updated along with the table updates.

Requires membership in the sysadmin fixed server role, or membership in the public fixed database role in the master database with EXECUTE permission granted.

I followed the same MS article 301600 to configure MSDTC on 64 bit assuming same procedures for 32bit and 64 bit OS and SQL.So far no issues, works fine.

Is it possible to achieve this functionality in SQL2000?I have SQL2000 production dbs and I want to put similar controls like DB_Owners should not be able to DROP DATABASE.

How about using Upsize wizard from Access itself? The advantage is the wizard takes care of integrity constraints.
