Yes I think this is pretty close, I want the amended and new records in a NEW File

So let me rephrase the question
We would take the full file (Dec file) , compare/ check it to prior records imported (Nov file) and ignore the duplicate...

sorry bit confused......does the frequency indicate a single day or every day.
