One or both of the fields in the + (concatonation) is a numeric type at the table level. Wrap both of them in converts.
ie: CONVERT(VARCHAR(100), fld) + CONVERT( VARCHAR(100),...

It looks like a misapplication of the Parent/child relation being in the same table. I'm not entirely sure why you'd ever do that.

Last time I saw this it was because the error was lying. Make sure the user running your SQLAgent has rights to all the target databases that you're attempting...
