I am trying to do some more research as of what happened to this server. Apparently reporting was ran off of this before and everything was ok at...

One or both of the fields in the + (concatonation) is a numeric type at the table level. Wrap both of them in converts.

ie: CONVERT(VARCHAR(100), fld) + CONVERT( VARCHAR(100),...
