    Tend to agree with first reply about storing calculated values in the table.

    You can calculate values on the fly in Access (forms and reports) so not sure why you'd want...

    Not sure if you've thought about this properly. If the site users can't connect to the head office (hence the offline Access database) how would triggers on the SQL Server...
