    SQL COMPARE(REDGATE) will show the row mismatch.You maybe able to get an EVAL version for free.

    Praise the lord for this post. I have the same issue 1000 tables 750 are heaps, the wierd thing is they have NON-CLUSTERED PKs in all the tables....
