    ip used before 204.224.xx.xx

    now 192.168.

    192.168 is a class c private network (your internal network) while 204.224 was your external facing ip. from the error looks like you need...

    For tables with millions of rows you should really be careful with indexes, It can take literally hours (on commodity hardware) to delete say 10k rows from...
