The SK is obviously UNIQUE to the Row in the AccountStructure Table. Problem is - AccountStructure_FixedCosts contains all the FixedCosts Codes, Some but not ALL exist in the Account Structure...

This is the whole gist of the issue: (Note- I'm trying a TOP 1 WHERE...) but obviously that isn't kosher!!!
