I am able to split the 4 type of records using header Footer primary and detail file connections

I believe a table variable in SSIS would end up being a recordset stored in an object variable. This is not the simplest thing to work with.

I'm in the same time zone and times are showing correctly.
Look at your profile and check what time zone you have selected under forum settings.
