  I have an ntext cloumn holding XML format data.  I am able to use RS to create a report but for that column I don't know how to have it displayed correctly.  I am just a pure DBA with little programming background.  Is there anyway I can overcome this?  Thanks.

  I don't think you can use rs to output xml to a report.

  Rs only deals with recordsets, Cells in rows and columns if you will.

  You may get stuck doing it in asp or something.
