  I am a novice sql ...

  If I do not have an internet connection is it possible install and work with script containing: http://schemas.microsoft.com/SQL/.... ?

  For example:

  ON QUEUE EventNotificationQueue ([http://schemas.microsoft.com/SQL/Notifications/PostEventNotification])
