I am lost and not sure what should I ask Sys Admin to looks at.
Please help.

There are some client side components that must be installed properly and running - perhaps these are either not installed or not running on the target machines. Check the following link: http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-531758.php for a few tips to get started.

Hi,
Installation of WMI is fine. If I make connection from VM server to itself, it works fine plus I can make a connection to all other server (physical and VM). but from physical server I can't connect to VM.
Cheers

Sounds like some kind of permissions or network issue. You should be able to access a virtual server just like it was a physical server.

If you're in an Active Directory environment, you may need to join the VMs to your domain.
