Hi Everyone. I am hoping some others more knowledgeable about SQL Server than I may be able to help. I have SQL Server 2012 Express installed. It appears to be working fine. However, Windows update keeps telling me I need to install Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Service Pack 2 (KB2958429). When I go into view Windows updates, it shows that update as installed. However, my vulnerability scans also show it as missing. The first time it failed installing with Windows Update, I downloaded and installed the SP manually. I am having the same issue with KB3045321 which is a security update for SP2. If anyone has any idea why this may be occurring, I would be grateful for the help. Thanks.
Interesting note - when I try to manually install KB3045321 it tells me that "There are no instances of SQL Server or shared features that can be updated on this computer".
