I'm not asking you to break your license agreement. The only purpose of the unsupported message is that if you call Oracle on a problem, they won't offer support until you update it or run it on a version of Windows it was "certified" for. But I haven't read anything about the stock 11g client malfunctioning on newer versions of Windows. If you have an Oracle contract in place, then the updated client installs are probably on the metalink page, which is not accessible from the public.In any case, good luck on your searching.
Oracle published a Statement of Direction on July 14th 2014.
It included language that is would support the drivers I was looking for.
Oracle does not post the greatest and latest. You have to pay.
I do not have to worry about violating anything, it is not available unless you have a support agreement.
