  • the database log is as follows:

BackupDiskFile::CreateMedia: Backup device '\\server1011\HLFHB_01025\HLFHB_01025_db_200901070423.BAK' failed to create. Operating system error = 32(error not found).

but there are BAK files in the backup folder, but the size of the backup file .BAK is unnormal

but the automation of some databases is successful,i don't know the reason

i think it is bacause i chanage the amdiminstrator password, i don't know the real reason.

  • make sure the password for this account is the same on both servers

  • Did you try to access the destination folder after password change ?

\\server1011\HLFHB_01025\ The accessibility should be checked in this case with write permission.

  • yes,the password is same. the administrator password is not same between the two servers before i chanage them, but the automation backup databases between them is very successful.

  • Can you tell me the detail? I am can not understanding you very clearly.

Do you meant the security of the backup folder of HLFHB_01021 properties ?

Thank you for your hearty help!

  • now the backup is successful after i restar the backup server.
