  Where can I find a T-SQL/Script generator?

  I am looking for a tool that would allow me to enter a Table,  add the columns needed and it will generate the script to create the table and the stored procedures to Get, Add, Update, Delete.

  Enterprise Manager will generate a create table script for you.  As for the sprocs, try searching the Scripts section of this web site.  You can start here:
