What measures should be taken to secure the database?
Encoding stored procedures is suggested? ?What else can I do?

Perhaps you should read your posts (I know I'm an awful offender), before posting. Generally you put a space between each word.
Your question, however, is very vague. We need more specific information on what you really mean. Is this just a very vague version of your question here?
