Err... no one called you a goat. Did you read the link I posted?
Willie Howard Mays, Jr. (born May 6, 1931) is an American professional baseball player who played the majority of his major league career with the New York and San Francisco Giants before finishing with the New York Mets. Nicknamed The Say Hey Kid, Mays was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in 1979, his first year of eligibility. He ended his career with 660 home runs, third at the time of his retirement, and currently fourth all-time.
Steve's a baseball fan. Many of the titles are based of a score that someone achieved, pass that number of points, get that title.

I do not doubt the the history but I do not see the correlation between this site and a newly created classification.

Why was a special classification created?

I would imagine for the very reason you quoted. I also believe that the classification has been around for a very long time and that you've just not noticed it before. Heh... I can't wait to see what you think about the "Crazy Eights" classification. 😛
