What is the use of Expression - "Name" in the properties of a Connection in SSIS

    Hi,

    I want to understand the use of the Expression "Name" in the properties of a connection.

    to go to this, you need to click on a Connection manager in Connection Managers tab ->click on Expressions in properties -> Click on button with 3 dots -> under property, we find the Name.

    I know by selecting, we can assign a variable (value) to the connection name at runtime.

    What is the use of doing so in real life.

    Suppose you are running a Data Flow Task in a For Loop control or ForEach Loop control. There may be a case when you want to use ConnectionManger1 for some loop counters and ConnectionManager2 for others. Is that make sense?
