What is IPAll in TCP/IP properties protocol tab?
I have set static port for only one IPAddress available in the protocol tab and set enabled to NO for all others. One more I have set ListenAll to NO.
Do I still need to specify the same port number in the IPAll section?

Would be redundant IMHO.
Does it work with IPAll blanked? Then, leave it blank.

it is the port that sql server would listen on for all IPs assigned to the server
