  Hi,

  I'm trying to manuipulate a Visual Source Safe database using the api contained in ssapi.dll using ole methods in TSQL. The first object I need to create is VSSDatabase. Does anyone know the class string??

  I have tried SourceSafeTypeLib.VSSDatabase and various permutations of this but just get the error:

  Invalid class string

   

  Any help appreciated.

  The class string you are using is perfect. Please attach the error too, so that it will become easy for everyone to help you.

  The error I get back using sp_oageterrorinfo is:

  Source: ODSOLE Extended Procedure
