One point.
it was a 50/50 guess because I could not setup a dataplan in my VS, I have it available but it pulls back no tables, even if I create the table script first.

Nice question.
I managed to get it wrong. There are some cases where unique constraints are pretty hard to cope with in data generation plans, so I went for that - and didn't even notice that the question said "identity insert" rather than "identity column". Must read more carefully and think more carefully.
