Hi,
I've execute a maintenance plan that do CHECKDB > REORGANIZES INDEX > REBUILD INDEX > UPDATE STATICS.
i've execute the job last night at 22:00 and until now 08:30 i see that he finished only the CHECKDB,and the status of the
maintenance is in execute.
my question is how i can see what is the status of the maintenance plan ,what it's doing now in real time?

A couple of ways to find out:
Open Activity Monitor, find the process and see what commands are being run.
Or, install the Performance Dashboard Reports from Microsoft. Run the report in SSMS, find the process for the maintenance plan and drill down into the detail reports to see what is being processed.
