Other than costing you a lot more?
I can't think of any - perhaps automatic substitution of indexed views could cause some difference in rare cases, but it's unlikely. Really you are just getting access to a lot of additional features (and power - more CPUs etc) - and an existing application wouldn't be using those features immediately.
