I have my complete database in sqlserver2005. All Is running well. There are a lot of Stored Procedures,Functions and Views etc etc.
Due to some Business Requirements,my client want to migrate it to 2008.
Now i have two questions
i - what will be the best option for me to migrate to Sql2008 OR 2010 OR 2012.?
ii - What steps should i follow? Is there any interface/Software/Script or o should do it manually?

Like all SQL questions the answer is "It depends". I suggest you do a Google search on "sql server upgrade advisor". Download the available software, run it .... and proceed from that point on.
