  I currently run SQL 2000 on a Win 2000 box. About 45 dbs on it. I need to upgrade both SQL and OS to 2005 and 2003 respectively. I have two new boxes to move to (I am going to do failover clustering). Does anyone have any advice, or can someone point me to other resources where I can study up on this? TIA.
