I am preparing to upgrade SQL Server 2005 to SQL Server 2008 R2 and the upgrade advisor gave me this warning:

Upgrade Advisor detected that the Database Engine instance that hosts the report server database is on a remote computer or in a different instance on the same computer. This issue blocks the upgrade process only when this report server database Database Engine instance uses one of the following versions of SQL Server:
SQL Server 2000
SQL Server 2005 in a compatibility mode for previous versions of SQL Server

I have done some searching on the Internet and SSC and not found anyone running into this situation.
My reporting services DB is on the SQL Server 2005 server that I plan on upgrading and the compatibility level on the DB and TempDB are 90. Has anybody had the upgrade advisor create this false warning before?
Any idea on what to do/look at?

I take it from the lack of responses that nobody has run this error message before... figure, just my luck.
