    You can remove the TOP  or the WITH CHECK option. Either will do the trick, as well as removing both.

    Just because you're right doesn't mean everybody else is wrong.

    The answer "Remove the TOP and WITH CHECK options" is also correct as insert will work when both TOP and WITH CHECK removed. So, this question should have three correct answers, not two.

    Not sure what I was thinking. Points awarded back and the answer changed so there are just 2 to pick
