Uninstall of SSEE

  After knowing that SSEE has no DTS-like feature (only in the other versions) I wanted to go back to MSDE version of SQL 2000, but i couldn't.

  When installed, by mistake, I choose the option to install a named instance. When I tried to uninstall, even though the program tell everything was uninstalled, there it is still the instance service installed as an automatic service that cannot start.  I tried to install it again to try to uninstall it again, but I couldn't.

  I though that sql2000 MSDE can coexist with SSEE but now it cannot start its service also.

  Is there a way to ensure the uninstall of SSEE?
