Unable to connect SQL Server Data Quality Service.

I tried to connect SQL Server Data Quality Service, ran the tool script, but still can't connect. Getting Logon error...

My first guess would be firewall rules. Turn on monitoring at the server side, and see if there are any dropped packets. Evaluate what ports these are being dropped on, and if it looks like the DQS packets are being dropped, you might open that port. If you do open a port, and the system does not work, you should remember to go back and disable that rule.

It is my local system, I am on same machine, its running SQL Server 2019 SP2 with no issue.
