Good Morning Experts,
We have a mirroring setup. In the application connection string we specified failoverpartner as mirror server. So, my understanding is that the Application will first try to connect to principal server. If it is unable to connect, it automatically connects to the mirror server. But, my doubt is, mirror db will not be accessible, so whats the point in making application connect to mirror server?
