Transform a 24 hor time

    I am trying to transform a date time that the time is in 24 hour clock format. the trabsformation fails as soon as it hits 1300 hrs. How do you transform a 24 hor time?

    According to books online HH means 24 hour where hh is 12 hour, but my format string is

    dd MMM yyyy HH:mm:ss wich when you preview shows a time of 05:24 instead of 17:24. I have tried this on two different servers with the same result. Is this a bug or am i doing something silly.
