i need to add articles to existing transactional replication and they should reflect at the subscriber immediately.Can any one have suggestion folks?

It won't be able to happen immediately until the snapshot is sent over and in place before the transactions can start being shipped. You can trigger that to occur faster by immediately triggering the snapshot rebuild after the subscriptions are in place so that it will ship as quickly as possible, but it's impossible for immediate availability.

You either have to add them to the existing publication (more complex) or add them to a new publication. If you add them to a new publication you can easily apply the snapshot (initial copy of data and tables) to the subscriber when you set up the subscriptions.
Use the wizard to create the publication and post back with any questions. The subscription wizard is pretty self-explanatory as well just read through the steps as you do them.
