Too often skinny guys are seen pumping away at a gym Testosterone Booster Review doing 10-15 repetitions per set with weight lighter than a classic lady would use. A larger number of repetitions in order to a large pump is good, but high number of pumping does not always help your muscles to rise. Keep the number of reps less preferably between 7-10. In order to build muscle mass, you should give your muscles a reason to grow. Train with heavy weights to the point where you physically can't perform another rep WITH GOOD FORM - reps over and done with terrible form don't count and may lead to injury.
