Is there any tool which can be used to export SQL Server 2000 stored procedures to MySQL5.0 Database.

MySQL does not support stored procedures, so there would be no such tool.
{The "Pro" Version 5.0 supports SPs, but you have to pay for it}

Well MySQL 5.0 that is a free download from the mysql site supports stored procedures however there are syntax issues with respect to syntax's adopted in SQL Server and MySQL.

MySQL is free, the support etc. however costs extra I believe! Try these guys http://www.swissql.com/
