Hi,
Do any of you have Tivoli (IBM) scripts to check if the db bkp has moved from hard disk to tape.(Any any other additional scripts to verfify on Tivoli commands) both on standalone machine and on Cluster env.

What types of scripts does Tivoli accept? If it can take VBScript then I have one that you can use to see if the file has been backed up to tape (assuming that your backup software sets the ready to be archived bit which most do - you can quickly test this).

Hey,
It doesn't use VB..Its some thing like T-SQL Not sure about the language.
Its more like a command prompt.Statments.
