What type of jobs are they? Any error messages regarding to the timeout - blocked, Lock_timeout, Server unavailavle etc? You have to try to find out why they are timeout.
This is all set now. It was timing out when trying to log on to a linked server using an outdated password. I updated the password in the linked server's properties and it is working now. Thanks for the reply.
